Website AM850.com is reporting that the Ravens are talking to University of Florida co-defensive coordinator Greg Mattison about joining the Ravens staff. There is no word on what part of the Ravens staff Mattison would coach, as the team already has brought back Rex Ryan as defensive coordinator, and Clarence Brooks as its defensive line coach. He may join the team as a defensive assistant to help out Brooks on the D-line, as he already shares coordinator duties at Florida with Charlie Strong.
