The Ravens signed another fourth-round draft pick to a deal, as the Baltimore Sun is reporting the team has come to terms with offensive tackle David Hale. The tackle from Weber State and the 133rd overall pick, agrees to a $1.4 million contract with a $294,000 signing bonus. He signed a three-year deal. The Ravens have now signed 4 of their ten 2008 draft picks.
