Lardarius Webb won’t play vs the Giants

While he’s off the PUP list, it won’t be enough for Lardarius Webb to find his way on the field vs the Giants:

Lardarius Webb was activated off the team’s physically-unable-to-perform (PUP) list on Monday, but the cornerback is not expected to play in the Ravens’ preseason contest against the New York Giants at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday night. Webb has returned after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee on Dec. 20 and participated in pre-game warmups, but the second-year player has been scratched. That means that Fabian Washington and Chris Carr, who had been bothered by a left hamstring injury last week, are in line to start.
