The Ravens now have all their draft picks signed and in camp after Cornerback Jimmy Smith agreed to a Five-year contract Friday morning. Smith missed yesterday’s practice but will be out and about today with his new #22 jersey. He joins Domonique Foxworth and Lardarius Webb in the competition over the starting cornerback positions.
