Third-Round Safety Terrence Brooks Inks Contract

The Ravens have signed third-round safety Terrence Brooks to a four-year contract, meaning the team’s entire draft class is now under contract, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Selected 79th overall, Brooks is expected to compete for the starting free safety job as a rookie.

Brooks started 13 games for national champion Florida State last season, including eight games at strong safety and five games at free safety.

He made 56 tackles, eight for losses, and had one sack and two forced fumbles.

Brooks started the final 27 games of his career, 14 at free safety and 13 at strong safety.

For his career, he’s recorded 126 tackles with five interceptions and three forced fumbles.
