The Ravens added an interesting piece to their roster puzzle on Sunday, as the team inked former Bears and Falcons wide out/kick returner Devin Hester to the roster.
The deal has a $4 million max value, including incentives, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday, per a source informed of the situation. Hester worked out twice and passed a physical.
The 10-year veteran only appeared in five games last season for the Atlanta Falcons. Hester has 19 career return touchdowns, putting him amongst the best all-time at the position. He played eight years with the Chicago Bears before spending the last two seasons with the Falcons.
The plan to sign the 33-year-old Hester came when the team cut former Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds.
